Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Love them!

I love these shoes! I had ordered a pair of keens hiking boots and they just weren't comfortable after being a SAH mom for 2 years and being barefoot almost 24/7. So I returned those and ordered these! They're sooo much more comfortable for me ! Love them! But I think they run a bit small as am fyi

Really small Gave 2 stars because they seem sturdy.

I bought xero shoes before but had a bad experience with the sizing. But decided to give them a try again with a bigger size. Because I need high top shoes for work. I decided to pay extra for express shipping because I need shoes asap to work. Unfortunately I cannot send them back and get a refund because I can't wait to get new shoes because I can't work without high top hiking boots. It's very important for the job I work the dress code is very strick about shoes. So I'm hoping they stretch out some when I wear them a couple times. I really don't know what size to even try from this company. I bought my normal size I usally get the first time felt confident because they claim they are wider than normal shoes but they were extremely EXTREMELY small. I tried them again with a bigger size and they are still very tight. They seem sturdy so far but I haven't walked around much with them. The soles aren't that bendy also. I also like the color and they look Stylish. Someone with wide feet would have problems with this brand. My feet aren't thin but aren't very wide either. I don't know why they say these shoes are wide when they are thin they aren't even normal thiness.

Way too small

I’m very disappointed. The webpage said to order your usual shoe size, and I already had Prio Neo’s in my usual size 7 that fit great. So I ordered these in a 7 but they’re way too small. My toes are squished in the front of the shoes. Only after receiving them I looked at the reviews and saw many suggest sizing up. I’m not sure why the webpage says to order your usual size if so many people had to size up. I also ordered them internationally and had to pay import duties so it’s not feasible to return them, and the larger sizes are no longer available. I think one thing the company could do is provide real sizing charts with actual measurement for their different shoe models, depending on which base they’re built on. The current chart is useless since every page has to still specify whether or not to order your usual size, and it isn’t even accurate.
