To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Loving these barefoot basketball shoes!

While I don't play basketball and bought these purely for aesthetics and to use as everyday shoes, I've been wearing them for about a month now and I absolutely love them. I ordered the mid in Sunny Lime and this colorway is screaming 90s! I love it. Literally giving me so much nostalgia from my childhood. Right off the bat these felt a bit stiffer than your usual barefoot shoe, however, once I started wearing them the did become a little softer and more malleable as my feet broke them in. Weird thing to say for a barefoot shoe though - that's one of the reasons I love this type of shoe because they don't require breaking into since they are shaped like feet, but you can't have your cake and eat it too right? Especially when it comes to a basketball shoe which is designed to protect your foot during such a physical activity. Aesthetically these are it. When it comes to actually playing basketball in them I wouldn't be your girl to say how they hold up, but either way I'd recommend giving these a try. Bravo Xero at (one of) the first ever barefoot basketball shoes!

beautiful design - too tight

this is my second pair of shoes from xero. i think i remember seeing them on shark tank. my complaint is that the shoes - both pairs, don't have enough width or enough give to make breaking them in easy. they're disappointing, but lovely to look at. they're starting to fit a little bit, but when i take them off, my neuropathy goes insane with pain. i would like to try another pair someday, but it won't be happening soon. i was going to mention another brand that i wear that has the same concept, but they fit immediately. this is not the platform for that, so i'll just ask that you guys start giving your shoes a little width and give.

Cute but narrow

These are great- looking shoes, and the color is just as bright as in the photos, but unfortunately they were too narrow for me- and sizing up for width would've made them too long. The Xero Alpines fit me just fine (maybe they're wider to accommodate thick socks?), but these fitore like Milas
